This plan
includes one planned maintenance for each piece of
equipment covered under this agreement. You will receive
priority emergency response and 10% off regular flat
pricing for one year. Repairs made after hours will be
charged the appropriate overtime rates less 10% off the
flat rate pricing. Normal truck fee still applies.
1 Year $144.95 plus tax
2 Year $275.40 plus tax
3 Year $399.85 plus tax |

Full amount
must be paid at the time of the first service. Will
include cleaning on EACH if applicable. Includes a 1”
filter. 4” filters are $34.95 for Columbia Gold and $39.95
for Honeywell.
Terms and
Conditions:
Reliable
Heating and Air Conditioning will provide a qualified
technician to inspect your heating and air conditioning
equipment for proper operation prior to issuing the
Agreement. Any repairs deemed necessary by the technician
must be completed prior to issuing the agreement. These
repairs are billable at normal flat rate prices and must
be paid before issuing the Agreement can take place. This
Agreement provides coverage necessary for maintenance
services Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm.
